We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and caring person to support survivors of domestic abuse who face multiple challenges specific to minoritised communities.
This is an opportunity to safeguard survivors of domestic abuse and create positive opportunities for them, helping to restore their skills and confidence and support them in moving towards independence.
What youll be doing Provide effective, trauma-informed support through teamwork in an accommodation-based setting.
Promote and develop independent living skills, supporting women to achieve successful move-on outcomes.
Work collaboratively with multiple agencies involved in the care and support of women and their children.
Help maintain a safe home environment and ensure compliance with regulatory and service requirements.
