The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.
Over time, you help them learn to budget, manage a tenancy, and rebuild confidence. You’re not just teaching skills, you’re helping someone believe they can thrive independently, while knowing they’ve got someone they can trust walking alongside them.
The opportunity: Working weekends as an Independent Living Skills Coach / Support Worker, you’ll walk alongside them, helping them cook a meal, budget for bills, apply for college, or simply believe in themselves again. Please note this vacancy is 15 hours working at a weekend.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as a coach and keyworker, co-creating 'My Journey' plans with young people.
- Support young people before, during, and after they move on to independence.
- Empathy for young people with complex needs and resilience when challenges arise.
