As our Executive Director of Operations, you will provide strategic leadership across:
- Supported Housing
- General Needs Housing
- Customer Services
- Asset Management
- Compliance
- Safeguarding
About You
You will ensure safe, compliant and high-quality services, bringing experience of successfully leading these functions in the housing sector or related environment. A strong understanding of regulatory requirements, governance, legislation and health & safety compliance is essential. We’re looking for a values‑led, credible leader who:
