The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.
Over time, you help them learn to budget, manage a tenancy, and rebuild confidence. You’re not just teaching skills, you’re helping someone believe they can thrive independently, while knowing they’ve got someone they can trust walking alongside them.
Please note this vacancy is 15 hours working at a weekend.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as a coach and keyworker, co-creating 'My Journey' plans with young people.
- Support young people before, during, and after they move on to independence.
- Empathy for young people with complex needs and resilience when challenges arise.
