The predicted salary is between 36000 - 44000 Β£ per year.

We are looking for a Deputy Manager to support survivors of domestic abuse in our Refuge service. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the service to deliver positive, people-focused support, working in a team context to achieve the best outcomes for people.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the Manager to deliver person-centred support
  • Line manage support workers and housing management worker
  • Drive service development and improvement
  • Work with stakeholder partners to enhance networks and outcomes
  • Ensure legal, organisational and regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to organisational goals through key involvement in training, working groups and national programmes

Working Arrangements:

This is a service-based role with standard hours being Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Occasional evening and weekend work is required, and participation in an on-call rota is expected. You will be required to travel to training and community partnership events, and organisational events may require overnight stays.
