A very exciting opportunity to join our team to help provide support to our residents across our 3 sites in Weston Super Mare and Clevedon. Working in an environment dedicated to providing comprehensive, good quality housing services, support and resettlement, you will work with people who have recently experienced homelessness and who are in need of support and accommodation. Assessing needs, building trust, enabling and unlocking our clients' potential to live independently, you will need to get to know your clients, enhance their social integration and abilities by encouraging them to participate in social and leisure programmes, and help residents with their support needs and the practicalities of everyday living.

About The Candidate

  • Have experience in a similar role or within administration with excellent organisational skills and IT skills.
  • Have knowledge of Health & Safety in the Workplace and GDPR regulations.
  • Be a great communicator, building trusting and professional relationships.
  • Be passionate about making a difference and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults, children and young people.
  • Possess a full driving licence and access to a vehicle to use to travel between sites in North Somerset.
