You will help ensure the safety and wellbeing of 26 young men aged 18-25, aligning with the charity’s values and transforming lives through supportive, proactive engagement.
The role involves building relationships with residents, de-escalating conflicts, and safeguarding the building during 10pm–8am shifts on a 4-on/4-off rota.
