Salvation Army Homes is seeking an Independent Living Skills Coach to work weekend shifts in England. You’ll guide young people through cooking, budgeting, and tenancy skills, helping them build confidence to live independently. Two weekend options exist: Saturday–Sunday 7:30am–3:30pm or 1:00pm–9:00pm.
You’ll co-create My Journey plans, build trusted relationships, and deliver life-skills sessions and accredited programmes, supporting residents before and after they move on to independence.
