The opportunity: As Deputy Service Manager, you’ll stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the Service Manager, ensuring everything runs smoothly while inspiring your team to bring out the best in every young person.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the Service Manager to lead and develop a dedicated trauma-informed team.
  • Build partnerships with local agencies, employers, and community groups.
  • Ensure the service meets high standards of housing, safeguarding, and support.
  • Help young people feel secure, respected, and empowered as they move towards independence.
