Salvation Army Homes is seeking a Service Manager for Surrey Women’s Service, a supported housing service for single women aged 18+.

You will lead the team, ensure high-quality housing and support, and deliver services in line with contractual requirements.

You will develop your staff, assess residents’ needs, build trust, and promote an asset-based approach that empowers women to develop skills and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
