We are looking for both Mid and Senior level Engineers to join a high-performing technical team working at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research and real-world mission delivery.
This role sits at the intersection of AI research, applied engineering, and client advisory, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both deep technical work and real-world problem solving.
The role:
- Lead a small technical team exploring and applying advances in generative AI, LLMs and advanced Machine Learning
- Bridge the gap between state of the art research and operational impact
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insight for non-technical audiences
- Lead delivery of secure, high-impact R&D projects
- Mentor engineers and shape technical direction
- Contribute to identifying and shaping future opportunities in AI innovation
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience working with generative AI, LLMs, or advanced ML technologies
- Strong understanding of state of the art AI research and how to apply it in production systems
- Skilled in Python, as well as ideally some experience of Docker containerisation
- Exceptional communication skills - able to clearly explain complex ideas
- Comfortable operating in high-security, high-trust environments
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and technical leadership capability
