We’re partnering with a high-trust technology consultancy delivering cutting-edge AI solutions into highly sensitive government environments. We\’re looking for both Mid and Senior level Engineers to join a high-performing technical team working at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research and real-world mission delivery.

This role sits at the intersection of AI research, applied engineering, and client advisory, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both deep technical work and real-world problem solving.

The role

• Lead a small technical team exploring and applying advances in generative AI, LLMs and advanced Machine Learning
• Bridge the gap between state of the art research and operational impact
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insight for non-technical audiences
• Lead delivery of secure, high-impact R&D projects
• Mentor engineers and shape technical direction
• Contribute to identifying and shaping future opportunities in AI innovation

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience working with generative AI, LLMs, or advanced ML technologies
• Strong understanding of state of the art AI researchand how to apply it in production systems
• Skilled in Python, as well as ideally some experience of Docker containerisation
• Exceptional communication skills – able to clearly explain complex ideas
• Comfortable operating in high-security, high-trust environments
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and technical leadership capability

• Due to the nature of this role and associated security requirements, applicants must be British citizens and hold (or be eligible for) UK security clearance
