Hybrid London

Salary up to £65k

Our client is a well-established compliance business within the Construction Industry, and they are seeking an Energy Assessor to join their team. They have clients throughout the UK and work with residential, commercial and public sector clients.

They have a 70 strong diverse team with a passion to create an outstanding service level that is second to none. They aid the design process and create an environment that is focused on the quality of living by using the expertise within the industry and delivering a service that will aid developers in an ever-changing industry.

The role will be undertaking dynamic simulation modelling using IES-VE (2 years minimum experience), including Part L compliance assessments, overheating assessments (Part O, TM59, TM52) and operational energy assessments (TM54)

Demonstrable experience leading the delivery of energy strategies for medium to large scale projects is expected.

The role requires line managing team members, therefore previous management experience is required.

A minimum of 4 years experience in a Sustainability consultancy role is essential.

You will need to be based in the UK.

This position will be in the London office and will be a Hybrid role.
