About the Role

Salary: £32,500 – £38,000 (Term Time Only) (FT 52wks £37,892 - £44,305)

Ingfield Manor School, part of Salutem Care and Education, is seeking an enthusiastic, committed, and skilled Conductor to join our outstanding team. Responsibilities
- As a Conductor, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering Conductive Education practice across a department as part of a transdisciplinary team.
- Lead and implement Conductive Education programmes
- Promote functional independence and support pupils' holistic development
- Plan and deliver group and individual learning sessions
- Monitor and assess pupil progress
- Create dynamic, engaging learning environments
- Collaborate with a wide range of professionals and families
- Provide high standards of physical and emotional care, including intimate care
- Contribute to annual reviews, planning, and whole-school development
