About The Company

Our Worcester Supported Living services include Primrose, Henwick and Columbia, three specialist services located across Worcester, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live independently and achieve positive outcomes within their local communities.

  • Primrose, located in the residential area of St Peters, supports four young adults transitioning from residential college into their first home, helping them develop independence and build fulfilling lives within the community.
  • Henwick, based in the St John's area of Worcester, is a four-bed supported living service designed to empower young adults with learning disabilities to achieve their personal goals, reach their full potential and live wonderfully normal lives in their own home and local community.
  • Columbia, located in Lower Wick, is a purpose-built supported living service providing fully adapted accommodation for four young people with complex needs. Developed in partnership with local agencies and housing providers, Columbia supports individuals to develop life skills, access education, employment and community opportunities, and live fulfilling, independent lives.

Together, these services provide high-quality, person-centred support, enabling the people we support to achieve meaningful outcomes, maximise their independence and live the lives they choose.

At Salutem Care and Education, we recognise the value and wisdom that come from all stages of life. Join our team and become part of a community that champions inclusion, celebrates individuality and empowers people to reach their full potential.
