About The Role
This post is for a Night Support Worker to join our team. Shift patterns to be discussed at interview.
As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll be instrumental in providing high-quality, enabling care, facing new challenges and rewards daily. Your leadership and expertise are key to our success.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain detailed, person-centred support plans that promote health, wellbeing, relationships, and diversity, while ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
· Implement robust activity plans that encourage autonomy, new experiences, and flexibility, regularly engaging with individuals to seek their views.
· Support individuals in financial planning, medication self-administration, and regular health reviews, adhering to the Mental Capacity Act principles.
· Tailor the environment to meet individual needs, ensuring Health and Safety policies, including Fire Safety, are followed.
· Recruit and manage staff through robust induction, supervision, and training processes, ensuring person-centred schedules and personal development plans.
· Deliver outstanding care and support by adhering to Salutem\’s Quality Assurance framework, embodying core values, and managing incidents according to policies.
