About The Company
Beaumont College is a very special place. We provide highly personalised pathways for special school leavers, supporting them in their journey to become adults and live independent, fulfilling lives.
Each student spends 2-3 years following an intensive multidisciplinary study program that helps them transition into busy, productive adult lives.

About The Role
Pathways are highly personalised, combining outcomes for education, health, and care. Pre-entry assessments use information from the current school or college, health and care professionals, and the latest Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), along with interactive assessments with the applicant and their parent or carer.

Our physiotherapists and assistants devise appropriate therapeutic plans for direct treatment or delegated responsibilities, supporting students through challenging pathways to reach their potential. Interventions may include pain management, maintaining flexibility, or enabling wheelchair users to stand and turn independently. Students benefit from physiotherapists with empathy, understanding complex conditions, and ambitious goals within NMSK and neuro-physio disciplines.

As young adults, students transition from child to adult NHS services, experiencing changes in support access. We assist with this transition and planning for life beyond college, including accessing Personal Independence Payments (PIPs) to sustain therapy and active lifestyles post-graduation.
