As a HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in delivering our people strategy and supporting the business to achieve its objectives. You’ll lead on HR projects and change initiatives, while coaching and empowering managers to create a positive culture and manage performance effectively. This is a senior-level role requiring strong commercial awareness, experience and the ability to handle complex employee relations issues.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the implementation of the People Plan to meet business goals.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant, consistent, and up to date.
- Lead strategic HR projects and integrations.
- Coach and train managers on HR processes and best practice.
- Manage complex disciplinary, grievance, and performance cases.
- Oversee change initiatives such as TUPE transfers and restructures.
- Produce insightful HR reports and analyse trends to drive improvement.
- Line manage HR Officers and mentor team members.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders.
- Deputise for the Director of HR & Resourcing when required.
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience in a senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, including TUPE and redundancy.
- Proven experience in generalist HR at a senior level (care sector experience desirable).
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and to deadlines.
- Proactive, dynamic, and results-focused with a collaborative approach.
