About The Role

Job Scope and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager: Assist with day-to-day organisation, leadership, and management of the service.
  • Training and Development: Monitor and support staff training needs, including inductions and mandatory training.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe work and home environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Person-Centered Services: Ensure services are tailored to individual needs, considering diversity and inclusion.
  • Team Supervision: Recruit, train, and supervise support workers, conducting performance appraisals and team meetings.
