Responsibilities
- Supporting the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care in line with CQC standards.
- Leading and supervising staff, managing rotas, and contributing to recruitment, training, and performance development.
- Maintaining accurate records, overseeing care planning, safeguarding residents, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment.
- Liaising effectively with residents, families, professionals, and external agencies to promote well-being, dignity, and independence.
- Assisting with audits, inspections, and compliance requirements.
