We’re looking for a People Support Officer to join our busy and collaborative People Team, playing a key role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a varied and rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys coordination, communication and being at the heart of People activity in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role

As our People Support Officer, you’ll provide high-quality administrative, coordination and communication support across the full People function — including HR, Talent, Payroll, Systems, Communications and Marketing. You’ll help ensure information flows smoothly, activity is well organised and key priorities are delivered effectively. Working closely with the Executive Support Officer and wider People Team, you’ll also support the delivery of the Chief People Officer’s priorities by managing actions, tracking progress and keeping shared workstreams on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support across the People Team
  • Support the Executive Support Officer to ensure smooth workflow and effective collaboration
  • Prepare meeting materials, notes and action logs for People leadership meetings
  • Act as a central point of contact, responding to or signposting People-related queries
  • Draft and distribute internal People communications and updates
  • Maintain shared inboxes, folders and team resources
  • Support People projects, events and internal initiatives
  • Assist with data collection, reporting and continuous improvement activities

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Experience in an administrative or team support role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, discreet approach to work

Desirable

  • Experience in HR, People or recruitment environments
  • Understanding of People processes or internal communications
