The Rowans is a 4-bed residential care home in Surrey that supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour to live a happy, active, and fulfilled lifestyle while achieving their personal goals and aspirations. The individuals we support enjoy visiting the Sealife Centre, celebrating birthdays, spending time outdoors, cycling, and engaging in arts and crafts, music, and karaoke.

Each day will be different, and the main focus of your role is to provide daily support to adults in our residential services. This role requires flexibility, as shifts may include days, nights, and sleep-ins.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support to individuals, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and wellbeing in line with care plans and risk assessments.
