Meade Close is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to provide high-quality, enabling care to adults with learning and physical disabilities at our Urmston home. You will play a key role in implementing person-centred support and promoting residents’ independence.
Shifts run 12 hours from 20:00 to 08:00, with responsibilities including personal care, medication support, moving and handling, and PEG support training.
