About You

About The Role

What You’ll Do:

  • Embed Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) principles across our services.
  • Carry your own caseload and lead on behaviour assessments and intervention planning.
  • Collect and analyse behavioural data to inform person-centred strategies.
  • Design and implement PBS plans that reduce challenging behaviours and restraint while improving quality of life.
  • Support teams through training, coaching, and workshops to build confidence and skills.
  • Facilitate consultations and collaborative planning using tools like SBARD.
  • Monitor and review interventions, attend MDT and core team meetings, and compile detailed reports.
  • Champion Human Rights-based approaches and lead on Reducing Restrictive Practice initiatives.
  • Support transitions for individuals joining our services and contribute to service needs assessments.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 4 PBS qualification (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering PBS and managing caseloads.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and inspire positive change.
