The Meade Close Family are recruiting! Meade Close is a 9-bed residential care home in Urmston, Manchester, that supports adults with learning and physical disabilities. The home provides a high level of support to enable the individuals we support to meet their personal goals and future aspirations. Meade Close consists of two, four-bed bungalows and a single accommodation bungalow, set within very pleasant and well-maintained private grounds. The home is situated within a five-minute walk of Urmston town centre and is very near to bus and train stops.
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role. You'll be key in helping us achieve our goal of being the best in the field. The shifts are 12 hours which start at 20.00pm and finish at 08.00am. You will be required to do personal care for both male and female, support with medication administration, moving and handling, and PEG support (Training provided). Experience of learning disabilities, complex care needs, and challenging behaviour is essential.
