Ingfield Manor School is a non-maintained special school and part of Salutem Care and Education, supporting adults and children in residential and educational environments. Based in idyllic grounds, Ingfield Manor School offers extensive specialist facilities to provide an exceptional learning environment, helping children and young people fulfil their potential. Our IMS provision caters for students aged 3—19 years with neurological motor impairment such as Cerebral Palsy and associated medical and sensory needs.

About the Role: Ingfield Manor School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher to join our specialist education team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. In this rewarding role, you will plan and deliver high-quality teaching and learning, leading your classroom team to support the educational, social, and pastoral development of students with additional needs. You will create engaging, student-centred learning experiences that reflect the school's ethos and Conductive Education approach, ensuring every learner is supported to achieve their full potential.
Working as part of a transdisciplinary team, you will monitor and assess student progress, adapt learning to individual needs, lead annual reviews, and contribute to multi-agency meetings to ensure the best possible outcomes for each child and young person.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.5 to 8 hours per day
