About The Role

As a HR Business Partner, you'll play a key role in delivering our people strategy and supporting the business to achieve its objectives. You'll lead on HR projects and change initiatives, while coaching and empowering managers to create a positive culture and manage performance effectively. This is a senior‑level role requiring strong commercial awareness, experience and the ability to handle complex employee relations issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation of the People Plan to meet business goals.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant, consistent, and up to date.
  • Lead strategic HR projects and integrations.
  • Coach and train managers on HR processes and best practice.
  • Manage complex disciplinary, grievance, and performance cases.
  • Oversee change initiatives such as TUPE transfers and restructures.
  • Produce insightful HR reports and analyse trends to drive improvement.
  • Line manage HR Officers and mentor team members.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders.
  • Deputise for the Director of HR & Resourcing when required.
  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience in a senior HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, including TUPE and redundancy.
  • Proven experience in generalist HR at a senior level (care sector experience desirable).
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and to deadlines.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and results‑focused with a collaborative approach.
