Term time only role. Pay £12.71‑£13.53 per hour, equivalent to £19,840.31‑£21,120.33 per annum pro rata or £26,436.80‑£28,142.4 per annum full‑time equivalent. 35 hours per week, 44.6 weeks per year.

Working directly with students in and around sessions, you will provide the care and support they need to access their learning and participate in the busy student community.
Job Details
As a student support worker you will support students in classroom environments, assist them in accessing the community, help develop life skills, and provide personal care. You will promote and empower students to actively participate in college activities, maintain personal hygiene, maximise comfort, minimise risks, and create a nurturing environment where students can lead fulfilling lives.
Effective communication is the cornerstone of our approach; by understanding the needs of students, team members, and the organisation you will ensure seamless implementation of the agreed care plan.
Pre‑employment Checks
