We provide highly personalised pathways for special school leavers, and we support them in the journey to become adults and to live independent and fulfilling lives as far as possible. Each student spends 2-3 years following an intensive multi-disciplinary team study programme that supports them as school leavers into busy, productive, and fulfilling lives as adults.
About the Role
Part‑time role of 20hrs per week over three days.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to support the assessment and delivery of seating, mobility, and therapeutic solutions for children and young people. This role combines clinical support, care provision, and collaborative working within a multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and implement seating and mobility equipment
- Support access to assistive technology (e.g. switches)
- Deliver and lead therapeutic group sessions, including hydrotherapy
- Write clear professional reports and contribute to reviews
- Liaise with families, carers, and external professionals
- Provide high standards of physical, emotional, and intimate care
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑presented environment
- Contribute to staff training and ongoing professional development

- Experienced in supporting individuals with additional or complex needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Committed to high standards of care and safeguarding

- Successful candidates will undergo enhanced DBS checks
