About The Role
- Hours: 40 hours per week, hybrid (3 days office, 2 days from home).
- Salary: £27,000 Per Annum.

Role Purpose
As a Recruitment Resourcing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and candidate-focused recruitment process across all divisions. From posting vacancies and sourcing talent to scheduling interviews and managing offers, you will support hiring managers and serve as the primary contact up to the point of offer acceptance. At that stage, you will transition the process to the onboarding team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activity from vacancy approval through to offer acceptance.
- Ensure timely and compliant upload of Right to Work documents and interview notes by hiring managers.
- Proactively follow up with managers to ensure candidate files are progressed swiftly and compliantly.
- Maintain and accurately update business-critical recruitment trackers.
- Meet and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire, offer volume, and compliance targets.
- Manage and optimise usage of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); support managers in tracking and progressing candidates.
- Post vacancies on both internal and external job boards.
- Schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers and candidate availability.
- Source passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles using Boolean search and online CV databases.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, offering recruitment guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with safer recruitment standards within each division.
- Collaborate closely with Divisional Teams, Central Resourcing, and HR to deliver effective recruitment outcomes.
- Manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organisational skills.
- Monitor and respond to the recruitment inbox and phone enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Escalate delays or challenges to the Senior Resourcing Coordinator or relevant stakeholders (e.g., hiring managers, Regional Directors).
- Participate in headhunting efforts and recruitment projects as needed.
