About The Role
These roles are available due to internal progression – proof of our commitment to growing our people. You\\\’ll join a close-knit, experienced team that takes pride in providing exceptional care and creating a safe, positive home environment.
Responsibilities
Supporting morning routines – personal care, medication, and school prep
Using the day for training, housekeeping, and record keeping while the young people are at school
Afternoons full of life – school pick-ups, activities, shared meals, and evening routines

Has or is willing to work towards the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) (\”the Level 3 Diploma\”); or a qualification which the registered person considers to be equivalent to the Level 3 Diploma
