Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed, person‑centred support plans that promote health, wellbeing, relationships, and diversity, while ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
  • Implement robust activity plans that encourage autonomy, new experiences, and flexibility, regularly engaging with individuals to seek their views.
  • Support individuals in financial planning, medication self‑administration, and regular health reviews, adhering to the Mental Capacity Act principles.
  • Tailor the environment to meet individual needs, ensuring Health and Safety policies, including Fire Safety, are followed.
  • Recruit and manage staff through robust induction, supervision and training processes, ensuring person‑centred schedules and personal development plans.
  • Deliver outstanding care and support by adhering to Salutem's Quality Assurance framework, embodying core values, and managing incidents according to policies.
