Job scope:
To lead planning and delivery of a strategy promoting function and independence in Individual we support, to enable and support their learning and development, utilising Physiotherapists, Occupational and Speech and Language therapists to maximize outcomes.
To be lead and take responsible for the day to day implementation of agreed aims and programmes reflecting the ethos of the service, as a member of a trans-disciplinary team .
