About you:
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of all learning & development solutions across the organisation. You’ll work closely with the Learning & Development Manager to respond to training enquiries, coordinate events, and report on learning activities across the Group to support the effective, safe and compliant delivery of care and education.
You’ll coordinate events through our learning management system and support the Learning & Development Manager to promote events, book venues, monitor attendance, invite delegates, and provide timely reports for the Group. You’ll support our team of Regional Trainers by managing diaries and distributing all learner resources.
You’ll be able to multi-task and demonstrate flexibility when demands change, whilst still producing detailed work. Working autonomously, and as part of a team, you’ll thrive working in a lively environment.
