About The Role
What You’ll Do:
- Embed Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) principles across our services.
- Carry your own caseload and lead on behaviour assessments and intervention planning.
- Collect and analyse behavioural data to inform person‑centred strategies.
- Design and implement PBS plans that reduce challenging behaviours and restraint while improving quality of life.
- Support teams through training, coaching, and workshops to build confidence and skills.
- Facilitate consultations and collaborative planning using tools like SBARD.
- Monitor and review interventions, attend MDT and core team meetings, and compile detailed reports.
- Champion Human Rights‑based approaches and lead on Reducing Restrictive Practice initiatives.
- Support transitions for individuals joining our services and contribute to service needs assessments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 4 PBS qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering PBS and managing caseloads.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and inspire positive change.
