We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate, and ambitious Registered Nurse, to join our team as Clinical Development Nurse, covering our Welsh locations.These include a fantastic school, inspirational children’s home and an amazing adult’s service!
We have exiting plans for our Welsh Locations, and this role is pivotal to achieving these.
The Clinical Development Nurse will lead the charge in our clinical practice across the locations, provide support, guidance, and inspiration to our team of registered nurses, of which we have a broad mix of Adults, Childrens, Learning Disability and School Nurses.
This post will ensure that we are delivering great clinical outcomes to the individuals we are supporting, but also ensure that we are leading the way in terms of research, in terms of student nurse development.
