The Role
As a Conductor, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering Conductive Education practice across a department as part of a transdisciplinary team. You will:
- Lead and implement Conductive Education programmes
- Promote functional independence and support pupils’ holistic development
- Plan and deliver group and individual learning sessions
- Monitor and assess pupil progress
- Create dynamic, engaging learning environments
- Collaborate with a wide range of professionals and families
- Provide high standards of physical and emotional care, including intimate care
- Contribute to annual reviews, planning, and whole‑school development
