About The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

  • As an AI Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting the development of AI-powered tools and insights.

AI Solutions & Insights

  • Support the development of AI-driven tools, recommendations, and optimisation solutions.

Data Analysis & Discovery

  • Analyse data across systems including CRM, reports, and internal knowledge bases.

  • Work with stakeholders to define success measures and outcomes.

Responsible AI & Governance

  • Ensure all AI solutions align with data privacy, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Support documentation of AI models, data sources, and assumptions.
  • Contribute to ethical AI practices, including transparency and bias reduction.

Strategy & Innovation

  • Support the AI roadmap and help align initiatives to business goals.
  • Track and communicate progress clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
