Salute is a global leader in delivering Data Center services, firmly established in the US and rapidly expanding across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. This is an exciting time to join Salute as we scale operations in new countries and deliver complex, high-profile data center projects. As our growth across EMEA accelerates, our hiring plans are ambitious — particularly within data center commissioning and critical engineering disciplines.

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate to join our in-house TA team and play a key role in delivering these plans. This role will focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring highly specialised talent within the data center sector, with particular emphasis on commissioning engineers, commissioning managers, and related technical roles. You will act as a trusted recruitment partner, working closely with hiring managers and the wider TA team to build strong pipelines, provide market insight, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source, attract, and shortlist senior and specialist candidates across EMEA, with a strong focus on data center commissioning and critical infrastructure roles.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Engage with passive and active candidates using a variety of sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach).
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, project needs, and regional market challenges.
  • Conduct detailed candidate screening and initial interviews, assessing both technical capability and cultural alignment.
  • Provide regular market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate interview processes and support end-to-end recruitment activity.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within the ATS.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of regional data center and commissioning talent markets.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Resourcing within EMEA.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for data center, commissioning, critical facilities, or engineering roles (highly preferred).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple open roles.
  • Strong hands-on sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive candidates.
  • Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple countries and understanding regional differences in hiring practices.
Skills & Attributes
  • Strong communicator with a professional and candidate-centric approach.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong screening and assessment capability for technical roles.
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office.
  • Active listener with a consultative mindset.
Languages
  • English is mandatory.
  • One or more additional European languages would be an advantage.
What We Offer
  • Remote working, with occasional travel to one of our European locations.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:30pm (flexible — 8 hours per day within these hours).
  • The opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding global organisation.

At Salute, we value our people and take pride in offering not just a job, but long-term career opportunities. For those who are ambitious, curious, and motivated, the possibilities are genuinely endless.
