Join the team as we step up operations in new countries and commence work on new and challenging projects. The role is based in our Gatwick office (hybrid basis). As a Critical Infrastructure Solutions Consultant, you will provide expert technical guidance and solution design for data centre and digital infrastructure projects across all service lines. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and client teams to understand requirements, develop tailored solutions, and support the sales process from initial engagement through to delivery. Your role is pivotal in ensuring solutions are innovative, commercially viable, and aligned with client needs and business objectives.
Key Duties
- Engage with clients to understand technical and business requirements.
- Develop and present solution proposals, including technical specifications and commercial models.
- Support sales teams with technical expertise during client meetings, presentations, and bid processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible and deliverable.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to inform solution development.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of solution design processes and documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in M&E Technical Consulting and Solution Design for Data Centre and Critical Infrastructure (Facilities Management and Operations focused).
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of data centre technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working in cross‑functional teams.
