As we expand across EMEA, we’re looking for a Business Development Sales Leader to drive growth across our Data Centre Capital Projects and Professional Services portfolio. This is a senior, high-impact role focused on winning strategic opportunities, building executive relationships, and shaping complex solutions across the full data centre lifecycle. This will be a hybrid position working out of the Gatwick office 2 to 3 days per week.
What you’ll do:
- Lead business development across EMEA, driving revenue growth in capital projects & professional services
- Build and execute account plans, go-to-market strategies, and pursuit plans
- Win new business across advisory, design, construction support, commissioning, and operational consulting
- Develop trusted relationships with executives, developers, operators, and investors
- Lead opportunities from prospecting → solutioning → proposal → negotiation → contract award
- Collaborate with Solutions, Engineering, and Delivery teams to shape winning, deliverable solutions
- Drive high-quality proposals, bids, and commercial positioning for major pursuits
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and CRM visibility
What you bring:
- Proven track record of winning high-value, complex B2B deals
- Experience in data centres, mission-critical infrastructure, construction, or technical services
- Strong understanding of consultative / solution selling in complex environments
- Ability to build pipelines across strategic accounts and new logos
- Commercial acumen with experience in negotiation and contract positioning
- Confidence engaging at C-level and senior stakeholder level
