We are looking for a Software Sales Executive to help grow adoption of our Salus Suite software. This is a full-cycle sales role. You will generate leads, run software demonstrations, and work with prospects through to closing the sale before handing over to Customer Success for onboarding. This is an excellent role for someone early in their sales career who wants real responsibility and the opportunity to develop into a senior business development role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Generation and Outreach
    • Identifying and researching potential customers in target industries
    • Reaching out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
    • Running targeted outreach campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp
    • Working with the team to prioritise key sectors and accounts
  • Sales Meetings and Demonstrations
    • Scheduling and delivering software demonstrations to prospective customers
    • Clearly explaining how Salus Suite helps organisations manage safety and risk
    • Understanding prospect needs and positioning the right solution
  • Managing the Sales Process
    • Managing prospects through the full sales process from first contact to closed deal
    • Maintaining an organised pipeline within HubSpot CRM
    • Following up with prospects and moving opportunities forward
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Helping refine outreach messaging and sales playbooks
    • Identifying what works and sharing insights with the wider team

Experience
Experience in some of the following areas would be helpful, but attitude and willingness to learn matter most:

  • Sales or business development experience (software sales experience is a plus)
  • Experience generating leads through phone, email, or LinkedIn outreach
  • Experience delivering product demos or presentations
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot
  • Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
  • Comfortable learning new software products quickly

What We Offer
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience, plus commission on closed sales
Hours: Full-time (would consider part-time)
