Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and adjust property and general liability claims emanating from both the UK and international markets
- Collaborate with underwriting teams to evaluate claims and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct thorough investigations and gather relevant documentation to support claims decisions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and external partners to resolve claims issues.
- Prepare detailed reports and provide recommendations based on claim assessments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a claims adjuster, preferably within property or general liability sectors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex claims cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with insurance regulations and industry standards in the UK or international markets.
