Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture a diverse portfolio of Cyber D&O insurance accounts across both the US and UK markets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to facilitate growth.
  • Identify client needs and tailor insurance solutions to meet those requirements effectively.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with informed guidance and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in insurance account management/servicing or a related field, preferably in Cyber D&O – UK or US (preferably both).
  • Strong understanding of the Lloyd's insurance market and wholesale brokerage operations.
  • Policy/technically astute.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities to address client concerns.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, demonstrating flexibility and self-motivation.
