Our client is a well-established international Lloyd's broker based in the heart of London, specialising in placing multi-class risks across various sectors, including Property, Casualty, and Financial Lines such as Directors and Officers (D&O) and Professional Indemnity (PI). Their expertise enables them to navigate both UK and international markets, delivering tailored insurance solutions for their diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and industry stakeholders.
- Analyse and assess client risks to provide tailored insurance solutions and coverage options.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with insurers to secure optimal coverage for clients.
- Monitor market trends and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy placement and service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a brokerage environment, preferably within the Lloyd's market.
- Experience dealing with retail and ideally, experience in reinsurance.
- Strong understanding of multi-class insurance products, including Property, Casualty, and Financial Lines.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant industry certifications or qualifications are desirable.
