Job Title: CEO – Insurance MGA Our client, a London (City) based Managing General Agent (MGA), specialises in the provision of Professional Indemnity insurance for an array of white-collar professions throughout the UK. They are looking to recruit a CEO to carry out the following key responsibilities: Develop and execute plans for the achievement of financial goals and growth targets. Oversee the implementation of effective risk management and compliance programs. Proven track record of leadership and strategic vision in the insurance industry (MGA/Company or Broker backgrounds considered) In-depth knowledge of UK Professional Indemnity and insurance market trends. Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and manage financial performance.
