Job Title: CEO – Insurance MGA Company Overview: Our client, a London (City) based Managing General Agent (MGA), specialises in the provision of Professional Indemnity insurance for an array of white-collar professions throughout the UK. They are looking to recruit a CEO to carry out the following key responsibilities: Lead and direct the MGA\’s operations and business strategy. Develop and execute plans for the achievement of financial goals and growth targets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders. Oversee the implementation of effective risk management and compliance programs. Drive innovation and expansion into new markets and product lines. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven track record of leadership and strategic vision in the insurance industry (MGA/Company or Broker backgrounds considered) In-depth knowledge of UK Professional Indemnity and insurance market trends. Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
