Build your career around quality projects, professional autonomy and manageable workloads.
In the first half of 2026, we took on fewer than two domestic alteration and extension projects per RBI on average, giving our team the time to focus on quality, professional judgement and the level of service our clients expect.
Having deliberately moved away from volume-driven domestic alteration and extension work, our inspectors are able to focus on a varied portfolio of commercial, complex and higher-value projects.
The result is a role built around interesting work, long-term client relationships and collaboration with one of the highest concentrations of Class 3G and 3H Registered Building Inspectors in the industry.
We are currently recruiting in:
Oxford, London, Essex, Sussex, Sheffield, Cambridgeshire, the Midlands, Kent and the North East.
- Low project numbers that allow you to focus on quality, professional judgement and client service.
- A varied portfolio of commercial, complex and technically engaging projects.
- The opportunity to work alongside one of the highest concentrations of Class 3G and 3H Registered Building Inspectors in the industry.
- A highly experienced administration team that allows inspectors to focus on technical delivery rather than paperwork.
- Supportive, accessible leadership that values autonomy and professional judgement.
- Consistently high customer satisfaction, with a current score of 4.79/5.
The opportunity
As part of our continued growth, we are looking to strengthen our team with:

What your day could look like
