Assistant Manager
SALARY: £16.00 per hour / Note: Available on either an hourly rate or salaried basis (depending on candidate)
HOURS: Full-time and part-time available

OPPORTUNITY: RECENT OPENING. An exciting opportunity for a front of house Assistant Manager to join the team of a brand new Australian Sushi QSR. This role offers a clear pathway to leadership, with progression into the Assistant General Manager role as part of a short term succession plan.

Atmosphere: A counter-service venue where sushi is made fresh to order in full view of customers, offering a bakery-style selection process alongside seating for up to 50 guests

Experience

Previous experience in high-volume casual dining or QSR, with a strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and maintaining 5-star standards at all times.
