SALARY: Up to £40,000 per annum

HOURS: 42 hours contract

LOCATION: Berwick Street, Soho London

OPPORTUNITY: An exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to join the opening team of a new Australian Sushi QSR.

Who we are looking for:

  • Strong Japanese culinary experience preferred
  • At least 2 years management experience in high volume casual dining or QSR site
  • A reliable and energetic leader
  • Someone who can manage a team with empathy, fairness, and genuine care
  • A chef with focus and passion for their craft

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Leading daily kitchen operations with meticulous attention to detail
  • Maintain a 5* food hygiene environment at all times, with no compromises.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop junior kitchen team members.
  • Monitor labour costs and support efficient roster management.
  • Support counter service and customer enquiries when required.
